[GPS_Standard] GPS standard software

Hello everybody,

Just a question about this software /  GPS_Std_MonTrol / ,  when you first power up your board but not having this software running on your PC, the Board will be able 
  to lock the 10MHz OCXO autonomously or you have to set-up/load the PIC with the appropriate data in order to lock the OCXO to the GPS 1PPS.??????
