[Gonset] GC-105 Help

Greeting's All,

        With some help from Dave WA1CVN I ( he had a manual ) was able to
bring life back into the set. I do how ever seem to have a ac leakage
problem. Since this set's do not use a three wire AC cord I can measure
between 58 and 63 volts to earth ground.  This is dependent on which way
I have the fused AC plug set in the AC outlet. I have checked all the
usual suspects( disc caps on the AC Primary to chassis, and bypass caps
on the AC side of the secondary) but to no avail. Any suggestions ?.
