[GE] Public apology to Kevin Lowder KD5AFK

Hello, all:

I owe Kevin Lowder an apology.

I bought two GE Rangr radios from him, including a Radio Interface
Box (RIB) to program them.

When I unpacked the box on the tailgate of my truck, the RIB fell
to the ground and I missed seeing that happen.

I wrongly accused Kevin of not packing the RIB with the radios.

Well, he did include it and I was wrong to accuse him of failing to
do so.

I found the RIB a week or so later, after I had parked my truck on it!

I've been trying to send Kevin an email apology, but both of his email
addresses aren't working and the apology I sent via email bounced back.

I apologize to Kevin and want you all to k now that he's an honest
man and you should have no problem doing business with him.
