Hi all,
Had fun and planned to operate more than I wound up being able to (23hrs).
Condx were not bad, but I wound up missing both mornings. If 10m was runnable I missed it.
Murphy was poking around the QTH. Went out last Monday to raise the crankup tower (HG-52SS with the C31XR). Discovered the electric hoist died and would not start. The tower was cranked down to 25ft during all the winter storms.
The low band high dipoles worked well with no problems.
Mainly used the C3S on the AB-577 military mast. However, I was surprised how well the C31XR still worked into EU on 15m & 10m, plus got every JA mult on 15m typically first call with the C31XR at 25ft.
Saw some amazing scores on the scoreboard, notably AA3R at over 9meg. And V26K over 18meg.
