[GCARC] 2026 Field Day Culinary Support Staff

Calling All Club Members!

 

I need volunteers for the Field Day Culinary staff and food donations.

 

I will need at least 4 members on Saturday and 2 members on Sunday.

 

Saturday Lunch will be hoagies. Kathy Romeo will order them, but they will
have pick them up.

 

I have talked to a few members who have suggested for Saturday Dinner,
instead of hamburgers & hot dogs, we have crock pots of food like sausage
and peppers, meatballs, etc. I know we have some stuff left over from the
picnic. I will have to see what how much we have.

We also will be needing some side dishes such as potato, macaroni, pasta,
and green salads. Maybe baked beans and deviled eggs.

As well as ice, water, chips, pretzels, and desserts.

 

If we do have the burgers and dogs, we will need a BBQer!

 

Sunday Breakfast could be the traditional egg, sausage, and hash browns, or,
as one member suggested, an egg casserole in a crock pot.

 

Bottom line, I need help, food suggestions, and food donations.
