[GCARC] Remote HF Station

The GCARC Remote HF Station is back in service and fully available for
normal operation at this point.  The Clubhouse Calendar now reflects the
current availability of the Remote HF station.

The Clubhouse is still not readily accessible for general use, so no
typical Clubhouse activities will be possible until further notice.

Thank you for your patience during this most-unprecedented
inaccessibility of our Clubhouse and the resulting unavailability of the HF
station.
