[GCARC] Crosstalk wins ARRL national newsletter award!

Jeff,

  Congrats on the national award.  It is well deserved.  The newsletter was
one of the things that convinced me to join the club.  It is excellent.
The members of GCARC know it and now the ARRL does too!
