[GCARC] NJ QSO Party question about summary sheet

Hi Court,
This is a good contest to be in, especially if live in NJ.  I hope to be on
in SSB on 40 meters again this year.  Sat Sept 20 from 10am to 10pm
(local).

Anyway, to your question.
It's simply the summary stuff that you are asked to fill in when using
their online log submit tool at http://www.b4h.net/cabforms/ (=>
http://www.b4h.net/cabforms/njqp_cab.php )

Here you fill in your email address, call used, operator(s) calls, station
call
Your class (single-op, multi-op, etc - there are drop-down choices, you can
peek at this web page ahead of time to see the choices)
Your claimed score,
your club name (e.g. Gloucester Co ARC)
Your full name, and entrant address.  etc.

Just fill in the "step 1" info from the online submit, and will get
included in the header ahead of the rest of the cabrillo entries in the
file going to end up getting created to be sent.
