[GCARC] Don't charge your TidRadio H3 with the charging dock with the radio attached

I have the H3 and charge it with the USB cord while it is connected to my laptop.
I charge it while it is off and on, with no problem.
However, it should be noted that there is a new H3 Radio.
Mine is the previous model as this new model just recently came out.
This new model has different features, including BlueTooth connection to headsets.
So it might be a next generation model issue.

Stan found that his radio had stopped transmitting after doing that and found several online reports suggesting that the battery doesn't limit voltage to the attached radio when in that dock, causing the radio to fail. Stan noted that the radio was failing to put out power (as measured by a wattmeter) even though the LCD panel indicated that it was transmitting.
