[GCARC] 2-meter DX

Tim specifically told me that he was on 147.180/147.780 using a PL of
131.85.  No repeater on that frequency in Virginia uses 131.58.  The one in
Radford uses 103.5 in and out.  I believe that he was hitting our
repeater.  He said that he has a dual beam at 85 feet above the mountaintop
in Schuyler, where he owns the 224.900 MHz repeater.  He said that he was
pushing about 75 watts out, using a Kenwood TS-2000.
