[GCARC] P25 & PiStar

Thanks for the response.  I am not sure which version I put on this PiZero
board.  I had it laying around and was testing the mode before a full sized
Pi arrived that I recently ordered.  I also did not try it on my other
hotspots but will go through a full troubleshooting protocol this evening.
Also, there are several reflectors for P25 built into PiStar and I wasn't
sure which one was good for our region.  Need to do a little research there
as well.

Mark,

Haven't tried P25 myself just yet, but a couple of more general pi-star
thoughts:

You might find some clues as to the cause of the error in the live logs
(from dashboard click admin, then live logs).

Also they worked through some bugs in 4.1.4 that had similar symptoms as
you.  If you happen to be on an affected release you might need an update.
