Mark,

Haven't tried P25 myself just yet, but a couple of more general pi-star 
thoughts:

You might find some clues as to the cause of the error in the live logs 
(from dashboard click admin, then live logs).

Also they worked through some bugs in 4.1.4 that had similar symptoms as 
you.  If you happen to be on an affected release you might need an
