[GCARC] Repeater for Sunday night's net at 8pm

vinnie, wanna trade qthes? :)  It's quite noisy here!

how do we measure repeater reception? is it just signal strength? i
wonder if it would tell us anything to rig up SDRs at a few QTH to
listen to the repeater for a little while, and see if the received
signal changes over time.

what's your normal signal report into the repeater?
