[GCARC] Raspberry Pi ham clock

One of these is on my to-do list but haven't gotten around to it yet.  A 
suitable Pi would normally run somewhere in the neighborhood of about 
$40-75 depending on the model, memory, power supply, enclosure, etc.  
The bigger problem is as Bob mentioned - they are unobtanium due to this 
chip shortage.  Haven't seen any available for a few months, and I have 
not seen an ETA for availability.
