[GCARC] RFI Issues With A Neighbor

I would find out the neighbors favorite shows and times and schedule the
best pileups at those times.
Let them start a war and eventually learn their equipment is the problem.
They will buy a LCD asap.
Not a pretty solution...but an effective one.
