[GCARC] RFI Issues With A Neighbor

RFI from plasma TVs is a well known problem. Thank goodness they're not being sold anymore and are being replaced with LCD sets.
Here is a link to an ARRL Forum where the problem was discussed and some possible solutions offered. It discusses both Conducted and Radiated interference.

Since this interference is from a neighbor's TV I suspect it is probably radiated interference being picked up by your antenna. The ferrites or line filters may work but I doubt it since I don't think this conducted interference.
The noise reduction built in to your HF rig may reduce the problem. It's worth a try. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much else you can do in this case.
