[GCARC] update on FTDX3000

Yaesu guys, I found the Yaesu pgm in a folder of the downloaded Yaesu files.
If you download all the pertinent files for the rig (you need the USB
drivers anyway), you have it. It has an exact replica of the front panel,
operates the rig and gives access to the menu in a text form you can quickly
scroll through and modify. No spectrum display (scope). For free, it does an
OK job and you are using the same buttons that you use on the rig itself -
good practice. I will still purchase the Win4Yaesu as well as the one for
Icom.
