[GCARC] Slight Change in Petty's Band Plan

Good Evening All,


Jim Clark, at the meeting, correctly reminded me that 14.230, which was our SSB frequency for Petty's, is the slow scan TV frequency for 20m.  As a result, we will be moving up to 14.235 beginning at 1330Z on December 8th as part of our band plan for K2P.
