Thank you Mark-
I am intently interested in this presentation having just completed refurbishing a WWll BC-314 medium wave receiver. I am struggling with receiving and transmitting antenna designs which I’m reading can often be separate at these low frequencies.
I have been able to pull in an Algerian French station at 250 kHz, numerous NDBs and some unidentifiable voices just above the noise floor in the 198kHz neighborhood.
I have not heard anything at 630 meters yet.
I’ve been experimenting with large antenna matching coils, and identifying local noise sources such as dimmers, fluorescent tube fixtures and the electric train. I’m also curious about any atmospheric, daily or seasonal effects to propagation-sometimes the Algerian station is loud and clear and then it can just fade away.

He has a few videos out on MF/LF communications, you can check out on the web, and am sure we will find his topic of great interest in this new spectrum for our hobby.
