[GCARC] What's Happening @ GCARC

All,
Unfortunately Steve WG0AT has cancelled on me again. At this point I do not believe I will attempt to reschedule him. I think he would have been a great presenter, but we just couldn't make it work.

This evening I will present the same presentation I did at the hamfest on current EMCOMM topics. This will be a nice preparation for Bruce's presentation on Saturday.
