Hi Harry!
One other thing to consider is the reason the blocks were used in the first place … in my town that changes the tax structure from temporary to permanent … since we hold a 50 year lease with the 4H, we should ask them if pouring a pad is OK based on the original agreement we made with them some years back.
Prudence dictates that we should work with what we have, and not raise a flag … if you know what I mean.
I also watched some of the meeting via Periscope because I was having a real bad day with back pain at the location of the back surgery.
You said you were at the hospital, I hope all is well!
