[GCARC] Safety meeting for all band chairmen

 I was going to do 15 meters and with the forecast I'm afraid I may fall and break a leg.  Last year at home I slipped and fell on wet grass and broke 3 ribs. Sorry About this.  if I can help from home I will

We have a good chance of heavy rain and thunderstorms this year and if we are all on the same page when it comes to safety, we will reduce the likelihood of any issues.
