[GCARC] Safety meeting for all band chairmen

Hello all, 
       I would like to meet with all the band chairmen at 1500UTC ON SATURDAY. I just want to go over and set the rules for field day.  We have a good chance of heavy rain and thunderstorms this year and if we are all on the same page when it comes to safety, we will reduce the likelihood of any issues. Thank you guys very much and I look forward to seeing everyone. I am going to the clubhouse today to do some setting up myself. Take care guys.
