Good Morning All,
Now that the clubhouse is moving on to standard construction for the privacy of the HF room...I will make this offer to any and all in the membership...I have two soundproof rooms, that were used for an audiologist clinic, available. These rooms, like Legos, will assemble inside of a standard room and provide absolute soundproofing of that space. I would say that they are 10' x 10', when fully assembled, maybe larger, and have full electrical outlets, switches, ceiling lights all pre-installed and ready to go. Each room is about 7' tall. They are taking up space in my warehouse and they have got to go but I would rather not throw them in our landfills but give them a party who use them. Amateur Radio Operators can use these. So basically, what we have here are two disassembled Ham Shacks just waiting to find a new home. You can have one or you can have them both. First come, first served. The cost= $0. Here's the catch... You knew there was a catch right? The new owner has to come to my warehouse in Philly and pick them up with a rental truck (at least 16' with lift gate). These component pieces will not fit in the back of an SUV. Also, bring help, you are going to need it. These pieces are heavy. Not impossible heavy but sheet rock heavy. Those who know about sheet rock will know what I am talking about. I am ready to do this deal ASAP.
Let me know.
Mark
