[GCARC] SITE ACTIVITY

Two days ago the wood and door that I got from Bill Price, I delivered to
the site yesterday. Last night Bill & Kevin built the stud wall and
installed the door to the VHF room. The grass around the trailer was cut
down last night also.

I now have to purchase three pieces of  sheetrock and three more pieces of
paneling. 

 

Today the skirting will be there in the afternoon. This will make the site
look dynamite, but it has to be installed by us.

 

I have more pictures but right now I don't have the time to upload them,
hopefully soon.  

 

I know this Monday is Memorial Day - but celebrated on the weekend. Being a
disabled veteran do not forget what and why we have this special holiday.
Please fly your flags and take a minute to think of all our armed forces
personnel both active and deceased. God Bless America...

 

I will need a list of club members who can make the Saturday work party, and
we will again need saws drills etc., bring your tools. I know that the new
keyless front door lock will be installed soon, will keep all informed. Then
the keyless locks for the HF & VHF rooms will be purchased and installed. 

 

I haven't been feeling good lately and I'm checking into it. I am also
having work done at my home so I'm stretched thin right about now.
