FYI..

I'm putting out this information so all members can be aware of the alarm
system at the site. 

The security alarm is being activated tomorrow, the cost to the club is $
21.00 a month. It is a cellular backup system. There will be a smoke
detector in all three large rooms, the wiring is in place and I'm waiting
for them to arrive any day now. THE INSTILLATION of the cellular and all
initial programming is  $ 200.00 and we own all the equipment - nothing
leased and the service call is only $ 60.00 an hour if ever needed. The
contract is year to year for service and he guaranteed us a two year
locked-in rate for the first two years. This way after the first two year
period we will renegotiate monitoring on a one year basis. We will own all
the equipment and programming plus the radio for this onetime fee of 

$ 200.00....

The next thing to do is to establish a call list if the alarm ever goes off.
I will leave that up to our President Jim Wright.

The alarm vendor is "Alarm Doctor" owner is Lenny Brown at 856-423-3738.  He
is the cheapest on all  project items. 

Since the flooring is almost completed it is time to secure the club house.
