[FPARC] MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER MEETING

Hi all
Sherri, this issue is, I think, more about manners than anything else. 
The two Amateurs involved (father and daughter) are not only speaking
french, they use the repeater on an almost monopolistic basis, and have
a tendency to run everyone else off.
At the moment they have left the FPARC repeater and are over on the
W4SLC machine, and for hours every day.  As this is a publicly owned
machine, and is declared to be opened to all license amateurs, there is
little we can do.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the FPARC has the right to set
certain requirements for it's machines.
I'm sure it will be discussed this evening at the meeting.
