Perhaps this area needs a bi-lingual repeater or at least one where Spanish
language is welcome. It does not surprise me that there are visiting hams
that are not fluent in English that could benefit from such.
Cheryl is correct - foreign languages on the air are OK.
Please do not construe this thread to mean that it is polite to speak in
another language so folks don't know what you are discussing. It's also
not polite to begin speaking in another language during a group discussion
being conducted in English (I saw way too much of this in the workplace).
Just my 2 cents.
