[FPARC] EDICS exercise 29-31 March

This exercise will be held as part of the monthly Region 5 DSTF
Communications committee meeting in Viera (NW of Melbourne).
Plan on going up on afternoon of 29th (a Wednesday), arriving and
setting up at the Brevard Government Center.
Official State of Florida / Region 5 trainers will be there to train us
all.
Also at this session will be the new UASI I/O Comm vehicle, much like
our CSV, and a MARC unit (this worked in Mississippi - Katrina).
Shortcomings, failures, and incapable/wrong communications facilities
were all over at Katrina, and this is a chance to learn from these
mistakes.
We will be sleeping with the equipment as a security matter.  Have your
issued ID with you.
Excellent time for the volunteers to meet and be met by the gov't types
higher up the ladder.
Uniform dress, please.
