This has nothing to do with it being a election year. It was presented last 
year and is now coming to a head. With all the overtime that I work I fall 
into this group that could be included. This is the only reason that I put 
this out and yes it is off topic for the list and this will be my only 
reply to it. All it takes is for a employer to consider you as a 
"professional" and then they could make you work overtime for free just by 
following the rules...
I know that I don't want to work for free...
