[FoxHunt] Got a digital recorder, need a bit of a design

This is being done on a regular basis in S. California :

 These transmitters have 60 second recording capacity, 16 selectable repeat
times from 15 seconds to 1/2 hour, 50 mW output on 2 meters and auxiliary
PTT and AUDIO outputs to drive an external TX, if desired. There's an
optional 2 Watt amplifier available also.

 They are very popular, I've made and sold maybe 70 or 80 of them over the
years...
