Hi Bob,
Been quite a while since our group did a Balloon flight. We're up to
flight 25 or so, (have to look in the records to be sure) but we were
one of the originals with Bill Brown,
It was always a LOT of fun.
Anyway we are interested in your transmitters, for two reasons.
1-- We are in the planning stages of getting some flights going again.
2-- I'm thinking of using them for a RDF "Adventure Race" Similar to an
"Orienteering" event but a LOT more extreme. It would take very little
more work to add some transmitters to several of the checkpoints, and
have a RDF event run simultaneously with the regular Adventure Race.
Would be a blast!
You can learn more about my other event at,
http://www.wisconsinadventureracing.com
and a interesting race story from one years team is at,

So I'd love to learn some more about your stuff.
