Not that I am aware of.  I did this same search some time ago.
At that time there was a firm in Korea that made one, but I believe
they no longer do.
There is also a guy in VK - land who still does, cannot remember
his name or call.
It would not be that difficult to make your own, I suppose.  Use an
old HT and mount it in an RF-tight enclosure.
