Another service that I used to make up the boards for the offset
attenuators is Express PCB (http://www.expresspcb.com). They offer free
CAD software and very reasonable pricing with 3 day delivery from the
time of order (add a day or so over the weekend.) The only downside
seems to be that their software doesn't put out standard Gerber files.
I need to take a look at the other two programs as they sound rather
nice.
