[FoxHunt] Fox hunt scoring

Our group here in suburban Philly used to hunt by time but as we became 
older and wiser we realized that some of our driving and stops for readings 
were not being done with safety in mind.  A few years we changed 
to  mileage and the hunts are safer and more relaxed and your never sure 
who the winner is until everyone is in.
