[FoxHunt] Attenuator

Be cautious about using a step attenuator unless your receiver and cable
from the attenuator are well shielded. Too many times, I have seen
leakage from between the step attenuator and the receiver keep the S
meter at full scale regardless of the setting of the attenuator.
Personally, I think the offset attenuator is the best way to go.
