Since I had FireFox open, I typed "M67710L datasheet" into the Google box, 
and got 7 hits;

http://www.digchip.com/datasheets/parts/m6/parts_m613.php

and DigChip requires a (free) registration to download the datasheet (but 
they don't have either one.)

The M57796MA (8 hits) is found on 
http://www.digchip.com/datasheets/parts/m5/parts_m520.php

Mitsubishi is the Mfr. BTW, but I'm striking out.  There may be some more 
obscure edu sites that have an archive...
