It almost sounds as if you have no High Voltage. Check for the 600VDC on
pin5 of the accessory socket, 300VDC on pin4 and 160VDC on pin3 of the same
socket. The measurements are to be taken with a VOM or VTVM between the
pin and ground.
You also indicate that you are not seeing any cathode current (Most
manufacturer mislabel this to mean plate current but the measurement is at
the cathode). You should see about 50mils of current in the Ic position
when in SSB and just keying the mike. If not, check the bias control in
the on the rear apron and see if you can obtain the 50mils with the mike keyed.
Also check the 12BY7...The driver. No drive, no power.
Check the relays...Are they pulling in on transmit?
You might want to check the rectifier board...Look for burned and/or
cracked components.
