[Fox_Tango] Problem with FT-101EE

Unplug all of the boards and repeat your test. Yes, this is a pain.
But it will tell you if it is a board or the chassis itself. If the
problem still exists, then you have to start looking at the transformer,
DC unit, etc. Removing the boards will also remove the regulated power
supply which can have faulty capacitors... In fact, I would remove the
regulator board first. I cannot believe any other board can draw down
the power supply. Especially with the heaters off.... Then I would
suspect the DC unit.
