[Fox_Tango] HELP! needed to un-CB a FT-902DM and restore 10M

The xtal unit looks pristine.  

I already rocked the xtal's  associated   xfo  ( on 10A and 10D) with no 
success.

I have not examined the vco unit -  as  I thought that would affect all/other 
bands beyond 10M.  But it seems the next logical step since the xtal unit has 
nothing left I can change. Next time I take  the bottom off I will do so.
