[ForSale-Swap] In need of a voltage regulator

I am in need of a 5 volt regulator. It is an SMD and the part number is: 

NJM78L05UA TE1

This is a SOT-89 CASE

And after a Google search the only parts houses that have it say it is a discontinued part. Any help finding this would be greatly
appreciated.

The part is for my FT-1000MP MKV and is found on the CTRL-1 board. The part is known to go out after a few years and this one is
starting to give me a hassle.
