I have forsale an IC-2A.. I bought it with the idea of using it for APRS,
but it does not have a way to hook the radio up to external battery power.

The radio does work great. Battery does hold a charger, however there is not
guarantee on it's life..  No wall wort included to charge the battery. You
can just use a standard 13.8v adapter.
