[ForSale-Swap] WTD: SB-104A output transistors

I'm looking for replacement driver and  final transistors for the SB-104A,  MRF-450A or MRF 455A . The drivers are PT6610 or CD3342. 

If you have these parts, or a non-working SB-104 or 104A for sale with a good driver and final section, let me know the price. I would consider new or good used transistors or any suggestions for alternative replacements.
