The  filters are trapping stuff from Verizon for very good reason. I've
gotten a lot of spam from them including something like 17 virus laden
emails. It took WEEKS of complaints to get even the virus ones stopped.
If you complain, you get a canned message from one of their in house
spam 'bots.
