[ForSale-Swap] Apology to the list de W5TD

Some folks went a little over the top but I did learn
some valuable things.

I am also involved in a troubled transaction, 3 weeks
since promised shipment with no communications and no
package. Here is what I have done:

1.  Sent multiple E-mails (copied them from a web mail
account in case his spam filter is mishandling verizon.net
E-mails -- since many filters are doing that).

2.  Sent a letter via Registered Mail.

3.  Filed a request for Problem Resolution with PayPal.

We shall see.
