[ForSale-Swap] Pressing charges for bad ebay deal

Pay has worked both ways for me.
On one purchase I was refunded and the other not.....so should you be
selling or buying , your ad wording is used to determine the final
outcome.
So that said , if a seller states no returns, no warrenty , works but no
return , dont know what it is , can't test it ....etc. ....your stuck
with it.

My experience with a small sale was contacting the police and they wait
until the wrongdoer has enough deeds to justify prosecution......I am
still waiting.
