[ForSale-Swap] Buyer/Sellers rating list?

Hi to all:
 
I have never seen  mention of this on any of the lists, but I'm going to ask anyway.

Is there a web site that keeps tabs on Ham buyers and sellers?  Something that would show a satisfactory or not-satisfactory rating on a particular purchase, or sale.  A list where one could search either by name, call or zip code.  I know ebay  gives their customers a rating generated from feedback. Thought it would be a good idea for those dealings that are off ebay.  What say you?
