This unit allows you to adjust your tuner without transmitting.
This is done by producing a "White Noise" in your receiver.
You then adjust your tuner to null the receiver noise. This works
really well. I used it for about 1 year and loved it. I see no scratches
or marks on the unit. It can be powered by 12 volts, or an internal 9 volt
battery. I have the original box, manual, and power cord. The price is
