Well, I've encountered folks who didn't want to sell outside of the
conus (or lower 48 as I've also heard it).

I guess we just have a differing idea on things.  Yes, figuring out the
exact charge for ak/hi could take a little more time; I just don't see
that as a problem.  If/when I sell things, I'll remember to put
something in about shipping to those places being higher up front,
and leave it at that.  It just doesnt make sense to me to treat two (3
with pr) parts of America differently.  Ah well.  Thanks for your
explanations though; I appreciate it.
