Doc, that logic doesn't make sense. The shipping costs are
passed on to the buyer, so if it costs more to send to AL/HI,
so be it. Given how little effort it takes to figure out how much
more shipping might be, plus the fact that not that many
orders are going to come from those two areas, I still think
that not shipping there is a cop out. It's still the U.S.A.
